NVE is contracted with Iron Workers Local 404 based in Harrisburg, PA. Local 404 provides skilled craftsmen in every discipline of the Iron working trade who are dedicated excellence and ensure projects completed on time and without injury.

As of March 2021, NVE is officially certified as a Woman Owned Business. As one of the few woman owned steel erectors in the region, NVE takes pride in aiding contractors to reach project requirements,
